Flagged potential cost leaking sites in Lease Agreement Management, identifying ~$7.8M to terminate favorable termination sites for one of the Telecom Giant. • Extended the use case to identify off-air sites with delayed PORs to understand where are they getting delayed (at milestone level). The sunk cost estimation came out to be ~$ 15M.Formulating under-utilization index (consumption) for B2B exclusive built sites, highlighting which business groups are unable to utilize the throughput to the allotted capacity/bandwidth.Predicting & Calculating Return on Investment for All On-Air sites using Hierarchical forecasting to predict consumption (Revenue proxy) and calculate returns on capex and opex investments. POC on Sales Efficiency Maximization via RFM + Similarity Scoring Modeling• Led a POC using unstructured SDR/MDR notes to extract friction points, capturing qualitative deal-blockers from sales interactions.• Combined frictional insights with engagement metrics (recency, frequency from outreach, usage, trials, expansions, and support) and ACV to prioritize opportunities using an RFM model.• Identified $127K in potential opportunity/sunk cost across 300 IDs with >0.9 similarity, translating to a $3–4M annual revenue opportunity if implemented.Extension to contact data harmonization• Identifying gaps in strategy with Ad-hoc analysis and developing experiments to bridge the gaps. One of the most promising experiments was delineation between inbound and outbound leads. Optimising funnel conversion velocity.• Officiated validation of 31M emails and integrated the output with Salesforce. • Reduced dashboard refresh latency by migrating reports to CRM Analytics, saving valuable time for sales and marketing managers, and bypassing data security concerns.• Officiated data crunching to support business prioritization of action plans.
