Responsibilities HandledSupervising LPG bottling plant operations,ensuring optimum utilization of manpower,machinery & materials during shift operations.Managing LPG ops & distribution planning,including dispatch of packed trucks and bulk LPG tankers as per demand and RTKM.Monitoring, maintenance & calibration of critical bottling equipment such as drive units,UFMs,elec. carousel, chain conveyor system,VCM,CVT,purging unit, evacuation unit,hydro-testing units & pneumatic systems to ensure operational efficiency & accuracy.Ensuring pre & post filling QC of LPG cylinders, including segregation of cylinders along with SQC verification.Monitoring daily LPG stock variations & implementing smart metering practices to minimize gas losses & improve ops eff.Initiating inventory mgmt & reconciliation of bulk LPG,cylinders,valves,regulators,caps,seals,O-rings & other consumables.Implementing preventive maintenance schedules for plant eqpt incl of LPG pumps,compressors,air compressors,DG sets,fire engines & GMS.Ensuring compliance with OISD safety standards,work permit systems & statutory safety requirements for all plant activities.Coordinating with sales teams, transporters,vendors & contractors for smooth operations,procurement activities & service execution while handling procurement & BoM processing through SAP.Preparing MIS,ops performance reports & prod. updates for mgmt review & decision-making.Conducting QC checks for LPG cylinders, valves,regulators & accessories & supervising STP activities to ensure regulatory compliance.Facilitating internal & external audits while ensuring adherence to ISO stds & regulatory guidelines.Implementing cost control measures to minimize product losses,reduce consumable wastage,optimize power consumption & prevent operational downtime.Ensuring plant safety preparedness through regular mock drills and emergency response planning while driving continuous improvement in plant efficiency,ops safety & process reliability.
