Also, build a custom pipeline which would be used by the bio-informatics to train on their custom dataset, to generate similar molecules.Created and managed a graph data architecture using Neo4j to establish complex relationships between genomes and diseases, enhancing data connectivity and insights.Also, designed and implemented an automated Cypher query generator using LangChain, streamlining relationship-building processes from over URLs to boost database efficiency.Deployed the Nvidia BioMedical AI-Q Research Agent with Nemotron RAG model on Organisation server with setting up all the infrastructure to help the Bio-informatics team to research.
