Previously worked as Deputy Manager at HCL Foundation and leading Skill Development & Livelihood vertical pan India under HCL Uday Program. My key responsibilities include anchoring the Skill Development & Livelihood vertical and developing a framework. Conceptualizing, planning and efficiently implementing various projects by working closely with NGO Partners. Engaging with youth from different communities and networking/ liaising with District, State and Central administration and Governments. I am also looking after HCL Foundation Academy. Earlier (20••••18), I was working with Tata Trusts and anchored the research component of migration program of Rajasthan. My role was to understand the bottlenecks of public service delivery for migrants and left behind families. Build and provide empirical evidences through quantitative and qualitative studies on topics like Building and Other Construction Welfare Board (BoCW), portability of schemes to inter-state migrant workers, provision of Early Childhood Care and Education among children of families working at Brick Kiln Sites (in Rajasthan). I was working as a Prime Minister\'s Rural Development Fellow, PMRDF (20••••17) in Surguja, a tribal district in Chhattisgarh state of India. As part of my fellowship, I worked closely with the State and District Administration as well as the people at grassroots. This has given me a unique opportunity of building first-hand understanding of various facets of poverty, development and governance deficit.
