The KRA’s include:> Employee Engagement: •Managing & conducting meet & greet session for new joiners joining Media Services•1:1, focused and group connects with the employees•Conducting f2f and virtual engagement fun & strategic sessions for the entire BU•Driving engagement anonymous surveys in order to capture & attain best insights to increase the satisfaction levels of employees and recommend improvement areas to the business•Conducting quaterly BU level townhall along with HR updates> Performance Management:•Driving performance appraisals for the entire BU•Conducting sensitisation sessions for employees and managers to educate them on the process •Focus on achieving 100% compliance in timely closure of appraisals >Rewards & Recognition:•Managing end to end R&R process for the BU•Maintaining nominations along with citations on the HRMS portal in order to help the business categortize the final winners•Publish the rewards on the HRMS portal•Facilitating the R&R ceremony >Resignation & Exit Management •Connect with the resigned employees to understand their reason for resignation. Help them with exit formalities, policies & process•Track Early Warning Signal cases of resignation and try to retain them•Identifying Hi-PO resignation cases•Maintain attrition and retention trackers to formalise YTD and Annualised attrition trends with the help of numbers and charts•Suggest business on various retention strategies
