As a Service Engineer & Assistant Depot Manager at Tata Motors, I oversee the servicing and scheduled maintenance of 81 electric buses running in Mumbai. I manage a team of about 60 people, ensuring their safety, productivity, and quality standards. I also execute minor projects in the field of electrical engineering on the buses & depot to improve work culture & productivity. I am pursuing my Bachelor of Technology degree from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes, with a focus on engineering technology and general studies. I have completed my Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira, where I gained the basic skill sets for an expert electrical engineer, such as troubleshooting, total maintenance engineering, project planning, spare parts management, Quality Assurance, Technical Support, failure mode analysis. I am also interested in quantum computing, and have completed a basic course from IBM. My goal is to apply my knowledge and skills to contribute to the development and innovation of smart and sustainable mobility solutions.
