I\'m extremely passionate about Skill Development & have tried to bring about pedagogical changes in the academic delivery through experiential learning, which merges industry requirements with academic curriculum to build a breed of industry-relevant professionals. Recently, I\'ve sphere-headed the launch of Pratistha in Durgapur Campus which is a Blended Learning Platform for the Cream Students across different courses, who\'ll set a new benchmark of High CTC Hiring thus creating a community of like-minded professionals around the world who\'ll set-up a strong alumni network for others to emulate.
