Responsible for overall performance and smooth functioning of all Area/Cluster/Dcs of State. • Visit regularly in DCs on need basis and ensuring AMs/CHs visit in a dc in each month to improved there performance and working capacity. • Follow up, escalate and track all operation security concerns related to DC/CH/AMs time to time. • Checking/tracking of all expenses of state. • Handling Reverse logistics of the state along with Fresh Pick Up. • Co Ordinate with Quality & CS team to improve the performance of state. • Analysing the TAT between FM, MM, LM. • Ensure Succession Planning at the Region• Grievance Handling and Conducting Open House/meetings with regional team• Proactively identify gaps in operations and support processes that impact operations and take preventive action• Identifying strong and weak CHs/DCs, analyse reasons, work out methods for improvement to ensure good performance of state. • Check pendency of state and ensure all loads is attempted on Day 1 of receipt. • Conduct regular operations process training and ensure process adherence by all staff of state.• Conduct Monthly Review Meeting (MRM) along with Area Managers and Support team
