Monitoring and Configuring branches on Whats Up Gold, Check Branch Utilization and traffic flow.• First Level Troubleshooting on AT & T devices like U110, U115 and 8300.• Configuring Access Point and Printer on InfoBlox Manager DHCP and Configuring Netgate, Switch, Access Point on InfoBlox Manager DNS. Open a new branch with Available subnet in InfoBlox Manager.• Configuring Switch and Access point on Cisco ISE.• Add new device, license added, Firmware version update, Configuring Aruba Ap in Aruba Central• Monthly Password Change of Ap in Aruba Central• Configuring New branch into Zscaler, Add AP and Printer into Zscaler.• Open a ticket on ZIA portal if the issue related to Zscaler. Check logs of any user who is having issue to open website,• Download logs of users if any site is being blocked or not.• Troubleshooting of Application slowness, Network Slowness, Zscaler related issue, Access point related Issue, NetGate Related issue, ISP related Issue and Reachability related Issue.• Check Logs on Netgate and see what kind of issue it is.• Opening a new Branch and Access Point Certification.• Coordinate with team and maintaining network related problems for 210 branches.• If the Issue related to ISP, Coordinate with them, Open a ticket in s2s portal, Check Utilization, packet loss in the s2s portal
