Arpan has 17+ years of experience in IT industry most of it in complex financial projects. His areas of interest are Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering Arpan has transitioned many projects into scrum/lean- Kanban which has resulted in huge saving for the organizations, improved predictability for the client and improved satisfaction for employees.
