About Ankita Arora Advani
Hello! I’m a People Strategy professional with experience scaling startups whilst wearing many hats - HR, operations, partnerships - across geographies. My career has been about turning ideas into outcomes - whether that\'s through ideating and directing an engineering team to deliver a new software feature, coaching a grade 9 classroom to bridge their reading comprehension gap or building an entire people operations structure supporting multiple geographies alongside launching a brand new B2C medical product in India. I\'m a generalist whose skill sets span across the gamut of human resources, cross-functional project management and delivery, community building, stakeholder partnerships and operational alignment. Currently exploring the world of real estate sales :) I was raised a \"third culture kid\" in India, Thailand, Mexico and USA which makes me highly adaptive, empathetic, and skilled at code switching. I\'m culturally astute and can find my footing in a structured or unstructured environment. Working with people will remain one of my funnest challenges - humans are unpredictable and there is no algorithm that\'s applicable (not yet, at least).
