About Ridhima Arora
I didn’t always know I wanted to work in HR. But after trying different roles, I realized I enjoy finding the right people for the right jobs, improving how things work, and making the workplace better for everyone.I started with recruiting, learning how to match people with jobs they’ll do well in. Over time, I got into HR operations to make sure processes are smooth and actually help people instead of adding extra steps. I believe HR should be simple, fair, and easy to understand. No confusing rules, no unnecessary steps. If something isn’t working, I figure out how to fix it. At Bough, I drive recruitment efforts, improve how things are done, and make sure HR runs smoothly. My goal is to help the business and create a workplace where people feel supported.
