A passionate team player and leader with strengths in communication, organisation and project management skills.Currently, I work as a key Technical leader at Oner Active, a fast-growing premium activewear brand that’s making a powerful impact in the fitness and lifestyle space. My role includes:Responsible for establishing and nurturing impactful business relationships with global suppliers, with a focus on driving product innovation and functional quality through strategic partnerships that leverage technical expertise, fabric and material innovation, and the co-creation of performance-driven activewear product ranges.Partner with the CPO and Head of Buying to drive the development of range drops that consistently exceed quality standards, adhere to rigorous garment wear-testing protocols, and optimize costing strategies—ensuring seamless transition from concept to manufacturing readiness and delivering market-leading products.Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on brand strategies and define product attributes and technical initiatives. Conduct regular product acceptance evaluations by analysing Oner community sentiment and return feedback to drive continuous product improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.My Competencies:• Level 3 ILM Certified Coach, Motivational Manager and Team Leader. • Profound technical knowledge of production process and sourcing from U.K, Turkey, Vietnam,Taiwan,Portugal, China, Hong Kong, Cambodia, India, Myanmar, Ethiopia and Bangladesh. • Specialised in Jerseywear and knitwear technicalities (Yarns, Gauges, Knit structures, Intarsia, Jacquards, Hand knits, Chunky Knits, Crochet, Fully Fashion techniques, Silhouette, Colours, Designs, Fit, Fall).• Strong Factory experience of all major circular/flat knitting machines (Shima Seiki, Stoll, Universal, Steiger, Zemark, Aeizona) and their specific role in design aspects
