Technical support representative at inTouchCX. I am also an MBA candidate in marketing at the University of Central Punjab, where I am learning the latest concepts and tools of marketing management. Before joining Z.com, I worked as a laboratory technician at Chughtai Lab, where I gained valuable skills in laboratory equipment, teamwork, and workplace safety.As a marketing agent, I plan, develop, and direct multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales for Zcom. I research trends and new marketing opportunities and brainstorm ideas with my team and external partners. I also communicate and negotiate with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. I analyze customer feedback and campaign performance to measure the impact and ROI of our marketing efforts. I am passionate about creating innovative and engaging marketing solutions that connect with our target audience and increase our brand awareness and loyalty. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in biotechnology and a high school diploma in pre-medical studies. I am eager to learn from and contribute to the organization\'s culture and vision, and to apply my marketing skills and knowledge to achieve our goals.
