I’m a Senior AI Engineer and MLOps Specialist at Bell Canada, leading enterprise-scale AI and GenAI initiatives that combine advanced machine learning, scalable architecture, and business impact. My work spans from designing production-grade ML systems to deploying next-generation Agentic AI frameworks that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.At Bell, I lead end-to-end AI and GenAI projects—from building graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI agents with memory to deploying cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). I’ve delivered measurable impact by cutting infrastructure costs by 30%, improving model accuracy by 40%, and reducing deployment cycles from weeks to days through full ML pipeline automation (Git CI/CD, DVC, MLflow, Airflow).I’m also deeply involved in AI innovation culture, having designed and led GenAI hackathons at Bell that transformed experimental ideas into deployable prototypes. My focus is always on bridging the gap between innovation and implementation — turning theoretical advancements into scalable enterprise solutions.Earlier in my career, I worked on AI for healthcare and security applications- At HintNeuro, I developed ML models for ischemic stroke detection using EEG signals, achieving 96% accuracy and publishing the research “Ischemic Stroke Detection using EEG Signals”- At McMaster University, I designed signal processing algorithms for concealed weapon detection using Ultra-Wideband (UWB) radar signals, improving detection accuracy from 70% to 90% through optimized feature extraction and ensemble deep learning.Beyond industry, I serve as a Data Instructor with EdX, teaching Data Visualization and Machine Learning boot camps across five North American universities (Toronto, Manitoba, Texas at Austin, Rutgers, Minnesota).
