As the Founder and President of SAPS, I lead a nationwide nonprofit organization dedicated to the academic and professional development of Albanian students and professionals in the United States. I am responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that foster mentorship, networking opportunities, and career guidance, resulting in a robust community of over 200 members across 26 universities. By overseeing a team of 14 board members, I drive the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs that empower members with essential skills and industry connections. My work focuses on building partnerships, enhancing engagement, and expanding the organization’s reach to support the growth and success of the Albanian-American community.
