By overseeing a team of 14 board members, I drive the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs that empower members with essential skills and industry connections. My work focuses on building partnerships, enhancing engagement, and expanding the organization’s reach to support the growth and success of the Albanian-American community.
