   I have had the privilege of serving as a Mentor Coach for the Teacher Coach program organised by Firki. Where I engaged in impactful one-on-one coaching conversations, reviewing their assignments and provided with critical feedback for all my coachees. In this role, I provided dedicated support to educators facing challenges and helped them navigate through complex situations. My coaching approach involved delving deep into the challenges my coachees brought forward. Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I guided them to gain a deeper understanding of the issues at hand. Together, we explored diverse perspectives and collaboratively developed practical solutions to address these challenges effectively. One of the most rewarding aspects of this role was assisting individuals in making positive behavioral changes and facilitating profound shifts in mindset. By offering guidance, encouragement, and actionable strategies, I helped my coachees unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. My experience as a Mentor Coach has not only allowed me to contribute to the professional growth of others but has also enriched my own journey in learning and personal development.
