Respond promptly to operational VIP passenger requests from cabin crew, pilots, and colleagues to ensure a seamless in-flight service experience.• Collaborate closely with Fleet Chiefs to uphold and maintain onboard product standards.• Maintain consistent coordination with FBOs, Operations, and MCC for all arriving and departing flights.• Stay prepared with contingency options for any potential flight delays or diversions.• Oversee stock replenishment, manage new inventory, and coordinate uniform distribution for crew members.• Source and procure bespoke items based on passenger requests to elevate the onboard experience• Ensure the timely delivery of essential onboard products to arriving aircraft at UK airports.• Manage stockroom operations in the UK and Paris.• Coordinate special VIP requests alongside the Fleet Chief, managing every detail from the arrival of the A340 aircraft, to its departure preparation.
