Partner specialising in employment and partnership law. I advise both employers and employees on a host of employment law and HR issues, primarily in the financial and professional services sectors. I am experienced in dealing with high-value employment and partnership disputes involving whistle-blowing, discrimination, bonuses, restrictive covenants and team moves. I acted for Chelsea FC and Jose Mourinho in the defence of Employment Tribunal proceedings brought by Dr Eva Carneiro. I regularly advise on the employment issues facing FCA approved persons, from applying for approved person status to dealing with disciplinary issues. I also advise law firms and partners on SRA matters, in particular allegation of misconduct and matters before the SDT.Between 2020 and 2026 I held the role of in-house employment and partnership law adviser to my firm.In 2026, I was elected to the Partnership Board of my firm.
