   Business Process Lead in Tata consultancy services (TCS). Responsible for creating a RFQ & RFP for European and UK clients. Handling a team of 4 members. From requirements from clients to signing off contract with the global sourcing event was done in a professional timeline. Cost savings for clients are closely monitored and kept a record of the same.Roles & Responsibility.• Responsible for Sourcing (RFQ & RFP) and contracting for European and UK Clients.• Prepared standard SOP for souring, contracting and got approved before the guided production started. Amending the changes regularly and getting signed by the clients once in a three months.• From Requirement from business to contracting as per the local countries law guidelines in a very efficient manner.• Handling total five team members from UK, America and Europe & Wider Europe region.• Maintaining the records for each members and over all tracker of pending request for all the countries.• Creating a sourcing event in the tool with all the details and using the CTS and FTS as per the law above mentioned threshold.• Once the Sourcing event is reviewed and published, will have a close follow up from the suppliers to give the best quote as soon as possible.• From project ramp up to till date coordinating with clients and internal technical team to change or amend the tool options/features and reporting error or any mismatch in data through GSD team to bring quick resolution.• Setting up the process as per the UK law and Clients requirement, suggesting the best possible solutions.• Preparing and given training to team members for preparing RFQ and RFP along with other event documents like pricing approach, Evaluation process sheet & conflict of interest (COI) before scoring from the scorer• Initiate the contract with the award supplier and making contract in both supplier format and client’s format with bilingual in case local language is mandatory as per the countries consulting with the legal team
