My role bridges strategy and implementation partnering closely with business, risk, and operations to embed intelligence across processes.I’ve had the privilege of leading the rollout of LLM-powered NLP systems that not only improved customer engagement but also helped preempt credit risks. Our data journey has been transformative migrating over 50TB of unstructured data to Azure and GCP, setting the foundation for scalable and secure AI delivery.Working directly with teams from Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI, I’m helping shape our future cloud and AI infrastructure.
