Handling HP Workstation, HP Thin client, HP CarePack (PC + Printers) for PAN india BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT To provide complete backend support to my business manager in increasing the brand awareness and sales of HP Commercial Desktops and Workstations in MOQ (stock and sale biz). To build business relationships with various IT dealers & Regional distributors to increase sales. To drive the sales team to meet their targets by providing pricing and promotional support. To plan and execute co-promotional activities with the dealers to promote the product MIS To analyze sales data on a monthly basis and provide inputs on product sales and branch target achievement. Coordination with the vendor to analyze and understand the market share and take necessary measures to fill the gap To maintain detailed reports on stock available thus help in inventory management to reduce ageing stocks. To maintain detailed reports on purchase and follow-ups on timely delivery to reduce the lead time. Optimal management of stocks to minimize working capital and stock transfers. Purchase planning by understanding the market demand and order loading based on the market feedback on various products. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: Ensuring availability of stocks in the required locations / Branches. Ensuring availability of materials on time at the desired location. Co-coordinating with the logistics team for faster movement of stocks from one location to the other. Ensuring availability of Road Permit in the locations from where the stock movement is enabled. Ensuring minimal cost on movement of stocks and also ensuring in reducing the number of Stock transfers being triggered, by planning and forecasting.
