Lead or co-lead cross-functional HCM projects, delegating tasks to team members and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure successful delivery of Business Intelligence solutions.• Develop and implement change management plans, communication strategies, large-scale webinars, training programs, and user guides to support the effective release and adoption of data products.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements within HCM data, dashboards, and tester files.• Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, manage testing processes, and lead system optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.• Utilize agile project management frameworks to plan and guide projects, ensuring the successful delivery of products.• Visualize and present data insights in formats that communicate effectively to various stakeholders.• Interpret core business questions and leverage a deep understanding of WRP functionality to provide accurate and reliable responses.
