My biology teacher from school once told me that - “Aroah, the best thing about being your friend is that you do everything in your power to make them great.” I guess the shot of happiness that I get when I help someone succeed is a testament to that. So, as you see the seeds of marketing was sown way early.After dropping out of school, I pursued a career in the BPO industry across various domains such as Telecom, Insurance, Mortgage & Medical Billing. These were International and Domestic clients, and I had slowly built experience in team handling for 5+ years. A strong believer in Kaizen, I spent my years in the BPO improving quality, reducing wastage, increasing revenue & creating leaders.It was in 2018, where I decided to switch to Marketing. I believed that the set parameters of BPO got to me and the thirst for building successes that just didn’t involve my team and client got to me. Marketing was more of colouring outside the lines, and I believed it would help me express my creativity in ways I had never done before.It’s been nearly 4 years in Marketing now and I have worked with very interesting clients that have given me the opportunity to market their brands in various unique ways. From running ads across various platforms, creating 360° marketing campaigns, to establishing brands from scratch, I’ve been blessed to be a part of it all. Over the years, I’ve learned from trial and error, various setbacks, mentors and most importantly through data and observation.I was able to set a process to my marketing efforts that explored the creative aspects in a logical manner and this helped me achieve consistent results. Healthcare, Real Estate, B2B are some of the industries that I’ve worked in.
