ARNY has worked in the architectural profession since 1979 (licensed since 1990) and managed his own professional practice from 1995 to 2017. Peak revenues of $2.4 million, employing over 20 persons. Numerous awards including Bellevue Emerging Business award 1998, Emerging Technology Category for Document Management Distribution Systems via Web Technologies for Texaco and Diamond Shamrock Oil Companies; Tenant Improvement Project of the Year from Associated General Conctractors for Puget Sound Energy Headquarters (LEED Silver)- S.F.As a part of his architecture career, ARNY was trained by QualPro in Total Quality Management (TQM) and Process Flowcharting. ARNY uses this to identify problems in business processes and streamline a more effective Process Improvement.International Code Council (ICC) Certified Plans Examiner and Certified Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner.As President of Creative Instrument, LLC, ARNY performs and manages 8 tribute bands. ARNY also was the guitarist/vocalist for Paul Revere\'s Raiders until their final show in 2022, closing the bands run from their start in 1960!
