About Arnon Peleg

At the heart of my work is a commitment to customer success, turning technology into solutions that enable growth, transformation, and trust.Over more than two decades at Intel, I’ve worked at the emerging edge of technology — from pioneering GPU computing to shaping Intel’s first automotive accelerators, and more recently advancing AI solutions on Xeon CPUs for the data center. Each shift strengthened my ability to spot new opportunities early, translate them into strategy, and guide teams and customers through new frontiers. In my current role as senior leader in Strategic Product Management – Data center & cloud customers, I lead a senior team of product directors and managers, working with top hyperscalers, OEMs, and end users. We build long-term partnerships that align Intel’s technology with customer needs, shaping strategies targeting multi-billion-dollar opportunities. Breadth of knowledgeAcross software, hardware, accelerators and CPUs, I’ve supported a wide range of businesses and domains. This breadth enables me to connect dots others might miss, whether moving technology from automotive to Cloud AI, or translating deep engineering into market-ready solutions.Building and energizing teamsI’m passionate about building and inspiring teams. Whether managing directly or influencing across functions, I focus on creating clarity, aligning people to a common goal, and empowering them to deliver impact. Even in difficult environments, I’ve built teams that remain motivated, respected, and able to make a difference.Strategic clarity and a mindset for changeI have a natural ability to distil complexity into focus, mapping the big picture to the priorities that matter, and helping teams and leaders make yes/no decisions that drive execution forward. In data center CPU strategy, this has meant multi-year plans target pivoting a product market share trajectory through usage models, KPIs, and monetization strategies. At the same time, I thrive on going against the mainstream, exploring frontiers where technology and business models are still being defined, and helping shape what comes next.Outside work, I enjoy skiing in the winter, hiking and travelling with family and friends, and staying active in my community. I’ve served on boards for schools, community organizations, and my son’s water polo club, supporting finance, governance, and leadership.Specialties Product Leadership | Data center & AI Strategy | CPUs, GPUs & Accelerators | Portfolio Roadmaps | Autonomous Driving | Cross-Functional Leadership | Customer-Centric Solutions
