Market Manager and Enabler- Most important contact point for different international markets on CRM topics and beyond - Responsible for rollout of Wholesale and Retail CRM systems in the areas of lead management processes, customer service processes and sales funnel reporting - Creation of frame conditions for successful system rollouts - Implementation of processes and project standards in an agile project setting - Promotion of best practice exchange among markets - Organization of market conferences and workshops Project Manager- Manage CRM system rollouts on wholesale and retail level in an agile environment (time, budget, resources, scope)- Liaise with central and local business and IT stakeholders to remove any roadblocks - Create yearly business plan and target definitions - Regular alignment with senior management on project progress Business Lead- Market analysis and definition of target picture for dealer CRM processes and sales processes along the customer journey of a major BMW Group market.
