ABOUT ARNOLDO JAIME OROZCO

As a civil engineer and project manager; my objective is to keep developing my career where I can use both my technical and managerial skills to offer clients the best possible approach. I have an enthusiastic attitude and a customer service orientated mentality; I aim to exceed client´s expectations and develop long-term relationships.My interest for working in the construction industry and studying a Project and Enterprise Management master program initiated from the insight I gained whilst working in Mexico. Through the years I have had the opportunity of working in serveral international projects. These have allowed me to appreciate the distinct cultures that clients bring to each project. In my 20+ years of working experience I have not only developed negotiation & technical skills but a service attitude among clients that allowed me to keep a friendly relationship even after completion. I constantly practiced team work culture that extended among all hierarchical levels and enthusiasm on the constant learning culture that I feel it describes me the best.From the technical side, I have been involved in projects since the conception and first cost proposal until the final completion. During the development I have been in charge of technical drawings, finding solutions on site, supervision, cost & quality control and general reports for clients and upper management.
