Hello! My name is Arnold Rutkauskas and I am a Cadet at the Virginia Military Institute, pursuing a degree in Business and Economics while playing Division 1 soccer. My journey as an athlete began in high school, where I was a tri-athlete competing in soccer, football, and track & field, earning All-State honors in soccer and track. These experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork, values I carry with me both on and off the field.With a strong connection to my Lithuanian heritage, I take pride in the cultural values that shape my identity, especially perseverance and a commitment to growth. I thrive in challenging environments and actively seek opportunities to push myself out of my comfort zone, knowing that discomfort fosters the greatest personal and professional development.As I continue to navigate the rigorous demands of VMI and collegiate athletics, I remain focused on building a strong foundation for a future career that combines leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking. I am eager to connect with like-minded individuals who value hard work, growth, and embracing challenges.
