I began my career in 2012, supporting IOC SAP both technically and functionally, specializing in key modules such as Contract-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Mine Manage and Process, before expanding into system integration and automation initiatives. I have developed expertise in creating and implementing solutions that address the needs of stakeholders and end users, enhancing efficiency and driving operational excellence. Additionally, I have actively contributed to coaching teams and improving processes to ensure data quality and the efficient utilization of operational and business applications.​​I have played a significant role in IOC\'s enterprise data initiatives, working with diverse data sources across the enterprise and operational landscapes to deliver impactful solutions throughout the Mine-to-Port processes. Leveraging advanced analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, and Microsoft Power Platform, I have empowered stakeholders with actionable insights and enabled informed decision-making. I have been deeply involved in key global projects, including automating IOC\'s data ingestion through Azure Data Lake to integrate IOC\'s data into global KPI development, facilitating IOC\'s transition to RTBS, and supporting IOC\'s integration into Rio Tinto\'s core systems.​​I am currently focused on contributing to the optimization of data and business applications for IOC, streamlining its transition to enterprise-governed reporting, and promoting the adoption of self-service reporting solutions. My work goes beyond IOC\'s operations, aiming to align and integrate IOC into global processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Rio Tinto\'s enterprise-wide standards and objectives.
