About Arnold Kravitz
Arnie Kravitz is an experienced Industrialist who has served as CEO, COO, CTO, and Board Member of broad spectrum of publicly traded or privately held, large, small, and medium enterprises, and start-ups focused on technology-driven services, product manufacturing and shipbuilding industries. He currently serves as the Blueforge Alliance Chief Technology Officer where he oversees all technical operations. This includes maritime systems, shipbuilding, and the expansion enrichment fortification of the submarine industrial base (SIB) and other untapped adjacent industrial bases (Maritime, offshore communications, energy minerals, and other heavy industries) that can be leveraged to enhance the SIB.He works as a bridge between the alliance and funding organizations as an honest broker driven to invigorate the US industrial base. This role includes serving as a National advocate for applying advanced and autonomous manufacturing as a workforce multiplier to accommodates worker shortages and improving the speed and responsiveness of the industrial base. Other advocacy thrusts include \"out-reach\" to the adjacent and untapped, maritime, and offshore manufacturing to learn from adopt new methods, Shepard and foster their inclusion into the ship building supply chain.With over 40 years of experience designing, developing, and manufacturing a large portfolio of products, Arnie can draw from a broad portfolio of experiences and relationships. These experiences include business: startups, growth companies, and recovery efforts. These efforts involved the envisioning, development and use of advanced technologies such as AI and expert systems, vision systems; mapping systems, for aquatic robots, autonomous vehicles, and industrial robotics, commercial consumer electronics, cyber secure communications and data handling devices, that serve the aerospace, space, security, military, automotive, textile, marine, renewable energy, mobile power-generation/distribution and the consumer electronics industries. In addition to his role at the Blueforge alliance, Arnie serves on several corporate board of directors and corporate advisory boards of companies such as Involta, Walmart, Secure America Institute, Grey Matter Robotics and several startups. Arnie served as an Adjunct Professor at The Johns Hopkins University and has significant success rapidly transforming new ideas into manufactured products. Arnie holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Produced the integrated 5-year Corporate Strategic plan for the multinational, and all its subsidiaries. filed 20 patents in the 2nd year and were awarded 4 in the 3rd year with no rejections to date. Developed and innovation strategy along the 5 vertices of: 1) Autonomous manufacturing capabilities that serve as a work force multiplier, 2) AR/XR and haptic bi-directional multi-user vocational tools that connect remote industrial teams while collecting data, displaying instructions and performing In-Situ inspection, 3) Ai enhanced and enabled integrated supply chain visualization to monitor and control tools that enable leadership teams to make data-based decisions using real time IIOT data. 4) Identification of and bring to use alternative manufacturing technologies to remove stress off of supply chain (example: developing metal additive maritime part fabrication as a qualified alternative to casting and forging of parts). 5) LXM generative and Agentic tools that improve process flow and other supply chain impediments.Prudent and broad use and acceptance of AI tools to improve the efficiency of corporate operations.
