A Media professional with an experience of 2+ decades across Print, Broadcast (Radio & TV), OOH and the Digital platforms. My achievements (and failures) have made a mark in my career and has taught me how things done differently, helps. I have been on both sides of the table. I have sold as well as bought media at different times, to fulfill different KPIs. With my varied, yet rich experience and positive industry contacts I help brands communicate more effectively & efficiently by providing a solution that sits just right. This is a kick that can\'t be matched by anything else. I thrive on that kick. During my career journey I have been able to pick up managerial and leadership skills by observing my seniors and managers, past and present and I always endeavour to ensure that I have my team\'s back at all times. Training is a passion and I am associated with premier media institutes like Xavier Institute of Communication (XIC), St. Paul\'s Institute of Communication Education (SPICE), Sophia College & EMDI to name a few. I mentor students as a passion and stay in touch with them long after their graduation. Meeting them on field, when they are going up the ladder is a very satisfying feeling. An empiricist by nature, I am also a firm believer in the new age media revolution that spans and integrates multiple media platforms and vehicles to deliver reach and sales to advertisers.
