Airespring is the 2nd largest telecom with zero debt in the USA, and #19th largest overall CLEC in the USA. Along with the CFO duties, I handle all Voice Operations, and IT Development (CIO). The team here, together, have increased shareholder value in earnings and valuation by 35x, after increasing sales 4.4x while moving from a reseller to a global operator, and generating consistent above market operating incomes. We operate throughout the world, and I help lead an organization disbursed around the world that provide responsiveness and professionalism at all levels. In 2014, Airespring purchased SimplyCT, and creates AireContact, a SaaS company handling all the operations, work flow, CRM-interfaces, call recording, coaching for call centers. We own the I/P intellectual property for AireContact, software to run call centers. The voice operations were fundamentally changed using a Big Data applications that I developed routing calls by a complex combination of call quality, pricing, and other measures. This resulted in 8% increase in calls delivered, while creating a 60% reduction of network elements and downstream call attempts, and a 81% increase in gross margin % for this operating division.
