Skilled in operations, product, team building, and strategy.During my time at Blue Bottle, we helped to launch the specialty coffee industry as we know it today. At Bellwether, we have reformed it through decarbonization and fair pay for coffee farmers. My specialty is taking a valid thesis and making it into a profitable, scalable business - making it real. I get there by deploying a skill set that ranges from budgeting to product to team leadership and back to operations. Collaboration and radical curiosity are my primary toolkits.
