I have been in the equipment rental business for over 27 years. I started out as an inside sales coordinator in the Charlotte area. I moved to Myrtle Beach to open a new location. I advanced to an outside sales position and then into a management position. After eight years, I moved to a bigger store in the Charlotte area. I returned to the sales field as a territory manager for 8 years before taking on the challenge of Sales Manager. I have been in that role for the last 6 years. I traveled three states in the mid-Atlantic and managed 22 sales people. I have spent time in a dealership learning about the retail side and on the corporate team of a dealership with 7 locations. I am now back in a District Sales Manager role which I love. Coaching, teaching, and supporting new and mature reps in the Carolinas.
