As Director of Operations for Lifeline Biomedical, I lead a team in developing and managing the operations portion through innovative software and customer relations technology which has been the base for our internal success. Upgrading all data management and assisting in growth avenues through smart technologies, we have been able to \"round out\" corners of systems to make them work specifically for the success of all our customers. Building processes to manage large volumes of technical medical data, and assisting to create portals for encrypted customer reviews of all purchases, consulting, repairs, sales and inventory management has been the corner stone of the concept development for Lifeline. Taking all this data and direction - we have been developing new marketing and service strategies for nationwide staffing and support of any size medical company utilizing our services. Lifeline Biomedical is a smart medical full service and consulting firm - working to lead facilities buy outs, preventative maintenance programs, inventory management and equipment repairs - serving individual and multi-unit medical companies needs and services throughout North America and abroad.
