I\'m a Lifelong Learner, dedicated to professional and personal development at all levels. I have multiple Graduate Degrees in Business and Management and have completed various other Certificate or Education Programs focused on Business, Leadership, HR, Adult Learning, Talent Development, Instructional Design, Brain-Based Learning, Entrepreneurship, Quality Management, Lean Methodologies, and others. Working on my Doctorate now! I have worked in various service industries (Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Facilities, Security & Asset Protection). Most of my professional roles have been in Management capacities for which I am responsible for managing B2B relationships with Fortune 500 Companies. I have managed Customer portfolios of up to Business Clients and full P&L responsibility for up to $40 million in annual revenue. I have spent several years managing sales representatives, responsible for Territory and Market Center growth, and have been very successful at meeting growth and customer retention goals. I have directly managed teams of up to 100+ direct reports (Hourly & Salary). I have been able to support career development and growth for many direct reports, helping them move from a Front-Line Hourly Associate position to Salaried Career Management roles. I have over 15 years of experience, in creating and implementing company SOPs, Best Practices, KPI Metrics, HR Processes, Employee Programs, and Quality Control Measures. Over the last few years, I have worked in a Leadership Development capacity, where I am responsible for Managing and Leading Leadership Programs for over 200 Managers, 40+ Account Directors, and various other roles. This launched me head first into the Talent Development world, where I have learned skills such as Instructional Design, Program Facilitation, Adult Learning Strategies, and so much more. I\'m loving every minute of it. Outside of my career roles, I am an Entrepreneur. I have started several small companies from Financial Literacy, Virtual Sales, Small Business Support Services, Financial Services & Bookkeeping, Travel, etc. Certainly, there is so much more.
