We have 5 gluten-free, organic, allergy friendly, baking mixes that make almost anything flour can make (Bread, cookies, cake, pizza, pancakes, pies, muffins, tortillas, pitas). We specialize in Food Service (larger sizes) for restaurants, bakeries, cruise ships, hospitals, schools, etc. These are unique whole-grain, gluten-free, flour blends (also organic, non-GMO, Kosher) that allow the creative cook to easily make almost anything that flour can make for those with special dietary needs.
