Arne is (Human Rights) Lawyer, a serial entrepreneur in public sector innovation, African scientist and musician by training and heart. He lived, studied and worked in 10+ countries, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa and Central Europe. He worked for and with various national public sector organisations and ministries, the UN Secretariat, UNHCR, international NGOs, Entertainment Industry and as an artist. Amongst others, he co-founded Re:Form - the Alliance for the State of Tomorrow and brabbl eG (tool for e-participation).
