Lead major technology implementation projects with responsibility for OpEx and CapEx IT budgets with a focus on variance analysis and stabilizing IT finances. Serve as Project Lead on several process implementations such as “Consultant On-Boarding System”, “Consultant Time Reporting System”, Remedy on Demand (RoD), “Service Desk”, and “Change Management” system. Align all IT projects with broader strategic objectives and the needs of business units. Linked IT project implementation and change management, performance optimization and goal attainment.
