As a C-level business leader, I have consistently provided strategic direction and leadership to boards and executive committees on R&D, innovation, and proprietary pipeline creation that leads to commercialization. For example, I leveraged my financial acumen to implement a rigorous budget review process that resulted in a robust budget, reporting capabilities, fundraising, and value creation.• As Acting CEO, I led the insider round of $30M and initiated the SEC F1 filing for IPO for Kymab.• I provided the strategic, people, scientific, and clinical leadership that moved MorphoSys from a $350M technology provider to a $2B development company.• At Genentech, I guided early development and IND submissions for 9 different therapeutic antibodies.My deep insight into what is relevant for clinical development has enabled me to take late-stage research into the clinic and beyond. I understand the principles of antibody discovery and engineering across multiple specific platforms for myriad therapeutic applications.
