About Arnav Rastogi
I\'m combining academic rigor with practical experience as a PGDM candidate at JAGSoM, Bengaluru (2024–26) to build a profession that connects the fields of marketing and human resources. During my 14 months with Teleperformance as a Senior Executive in HR, I\'ve gained priceless knowledge about organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. My goals, though, are now pointing me in the direction of marketing, where I can\'t wait to use my creative and smart thinking to develop successful campaigns.I\'ve gained a wide range of skills from my internships at BCG, Coursera, and General Electric, including digital marketing, process optimization, and business strategy in addition to project management. These encounters, together with my love of lifelong learning, are what are propelling me into the marketing industry.My personal growth has also been significantly influenced by athletics.
