Every leadership team I\'ve worked with had a strategy. Few had the infrastructure to execute it.That\'s where I come in.I\'m a Fractional Chief of Staff and Strategy Execution Advisor. I work with CEOs, GMs, and executive teams at mid-size companies — typically in the 500 to employee range — who have real strategic ambitions and need a senior operator to help them build the systems, rhythms, and cross-functional alignment to deliver on them.Before going independent, I served as Chief of Staff four times — across industries and organizational scales, from early-stage companies to global enterprises such as Johnson & Johnson — the last of which as VP of Business Transformation, with a team responsible for enterprise-wide strategy execution. That experience is what I bring into every engagement.My work typically starts with a proprietary strategy execution assessment — a structured diagnostic that surfaces where the bottlenecks are, what\'s misaligned across functions, and where the organization\'s execution capability actually stands. From there I build the roadmap — and more often than not, I stay to lead the implementation. In a recent engagement, I designed a full strategy execution roadmap for a mid-size company and led the workstreams through implementation myself.That\'s how I work: I don\'t hand over a deck and leave.
