Beginning in project teams, I evolved into strategic and innovation consulting for renowned automotive brands, accumulating 17 years of expertise within a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier. Fuelled by a desire for continuous growth, I furthered my education with an Advanced Master\'s at a Top 3 French Business School. Now, as the Business Development Manager, Global Automotive, at Ashland, I\'m a committed problem solver driving practical, innovative solutions in applied chemistry, with a profound emphasis on sustainability and ESG principles. In the ever-evolving automotive sector, sustainability is a non-negotiable imperative. The pressing need to reduce our carbon footprint has spotlighted a critical challenge — transitioning to sustainable products and commodities. As the world embraces electro-mobility, the demand for solutions that minimize environmental impact has never been more pronounced. Collaborating with battery manufacturers, my mission is to introduce sustainable solutions that not only drive innovation in the automotive sector but also actively contribute to reducing our ecological footprint. The electrification of the vehicle parc presents challenges, particularly in urban areas, where innovations like mobility-as-a-service, advanced traffic management, and parking systems are reshaping the landscape. My deep understanding of this sector positions me as a key player in navigating and solving these challenges. At Ashland, our commitment to sustainability is not just a part of our strategy; it\'s at the core of our conscious-to-cutting-edge innovation. In FY22, we proudly launched over 30 new products, with 83% of our portfolio being natural, nature-derived, biodegradable, or sustainable. These solutions align seamlessly with global initiatives such as the Paris Climate Accord, Science Based Targets, and the UN Global Compact.
