Lead the team of Security Information Managers within Global SOC for the management of the most important security incidents across business units (CSIRT, SIRP)• Act as program manager to support transversal cybersecurity activities within Global SOC.• Support the deployment of GSOC standard security technologies across line organisation either via internal resources or through partnerships & outsourcing companies • Support Quality Management activities & Continuous Improvement Plan initiative for the Global SOC• Support Compliance activity by providing evidence to Auditor or Compliance team. Our reference framework are PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, NIS Directive.• Organise regular security assessments and tabletop exercise (TTX) together with external partners.• Coordinate Global Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response activity (Zero Day Vulnerability, Major Vulnerability) across all Amadeus business units and act as interface to XISOs• Consolidate Lessons Learned from past incident response or vulnerability response engagement, evolve SIRP and VRP, track progress of the follow up actions.
