The GETINGE Group has decided in its strategic plan to make ArjoHuntleigh a standalone and independent company to focus on its specific market.At the end of the Spin Off, I am responsible for the Service activity at ARJO which is the new name of the company.The objective is to implement a new culture Service oriented on the satisfaction and loyalty of customers through the strategy : the service as a business.The openness and collaboration between the various departments of ARJO is a key factor to achieve our future challenges.This is explained by- effectiveness and efficiency of processes- to respect and to communicate our commitments- to professionalize our service by marketing it- Ensuring the profitability of our activities.Key achievements:• Revenue 2017 :+1.3 % vs 2016• CAGR : 4.6%(5 years – Service contracts :+9.8%)• Human resources management 85 FTE
