Responsible of developing, implementing, and leading the overall global commodity strategy for across GE Power Conversion representing a spend of $500M+- Team leader of the Global Category Managers team- Leading a cross functional and multinational team to achieve one joint objective, influencing others in a non-direct management scheme and delivering extensive value for the group.Other responsibilities- the implementation of the Lean Sourcing strategic project (timeline & milestones, budget, reporting)- setting up the needed Strategic Sourcing steering boards, by building a most efficient Structure/organization definition and overall process Implementation, governance, enabling to achieve a sustainable 6% Sourcing cost-out.
