ABOUT ARNAUD BLANCHET
Technology executive with 20+ years of experience leading large-scale IT delivery, AI strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation across telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, and energy sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director, Information Technology & PMO at Énergir, where I oversee a 70-person organization responsible for enterprise software delivery, application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, AI enablement, and strategic portfolio governance. A central focus of my mandate has been scaling AI across the organization — building the AI practice from the ground up, embedding AI capabilities across business units, and establishing the data strategy and governance foundations required to scale AI adoption. I also own the digital strategy, IT roadmaps, technology capital planning, and led the design and implementation of a new product-based operating model for IT delivery. Throughout my career, I\'ve held progressively senior roles that naturally evolved from leading project and program management functions to taking full ownership of technical teams, software delivery organizations, and enterprise technology strategy. This dual fluency in delivery discipline and technical depth is what enables me to bridge strategy and execution effectively.
