Creating and implementing a new Production / Finance System within the Department. • Responsible for creating project budgets, production and post production schedules and SOW from a brief / concept / meeting. • Allocating and contracting external resources (producers, crew, locations, casting, transport, logistics) to deliver the project to high standards within budget and on schedule. • Create financial reports / updates, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually for the Head of Film to help taking informed decisions. • Closing down job financials and reporting to the Finance Department. • Main Clients: LinkedIn, Expedia, VMware, Autodesk, British Horse Authority, Tetra Pak
